JOIN one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the country! We are currently hiring Wireless Sales Representatives who are energetic, driven, and eager to succeed. This is a fast-paced retail store environment centered on engaging customers, recommending products and services, upselling, cross-selling, and driving sales performance.

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
  • Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
  • Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
  • Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
  • Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

  • Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
  • Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
  • Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

  • Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons, including experience in wireless/mobile retail sales, cable or internet sales, telecom inside sales, or big-box retail sales.
  • Experience serving walk-in retail customers, including handling objections, upselling, explaining promotions clearly, and building repeat-customer relationships.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
