The QuickBooks Bookkeeper plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, working both independently and as part of an accounting team. This role involves ensuring timely preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports and managing various accounting tasks to support the company’s financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
  • Manage invoicing and timely collections
  • Track and categorize expenses
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
