Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, business administration or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP(or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Minimum of five year's experience in human resources, preferably with some experience in HR medical field.
  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local regulations relating to Human Resources Laws, i.e. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
