Full-Time Nanny & House Manager — Upper West Side, New York City

Location: Upper West Side, New York City, NY 10001

Employment Type: Live-Out, Full-Time

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Children: One 7-year-old boy

Pets: One medium-sized dog (some responsibilities required)

Compensation
This is a fully legal, on-the-books household employee position. The family will provide a W-2 and comply with all applicable federal, New York State, and household employment laws.

The position is structured around a guaranteed 40-hour workweek. While compensation is offered as an annual salary of $75,000–$85,000, an equivalent hourly rate will be established in compliance with household employment and wage laws.

Approximate hourly equivalent:

  • $75,000/year = approximately $36.06/hour
  • $85,000/year = approximately $40.87/hour

Any hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek will be compensated at the applicable overtime rate in accordance with federal and New York labor laws.

Childcare
