Job description

What you will be doing 

       Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution for corporate meetings, weddings,  and social events 

       Partner with clients, sales managers, and vendors to understand needs and turn visions into detailed event plans 

       Develop and manage event timelines, diagrams, BEOs, and on-site logistics 

       Coordinate with the culinary, banquet, AV, and front office teams to ensure flawless event execution 

       Manage event budgets, billing, and post-event reporting 

       Serve as the on-site contact for clients during events, providing hands-on leadership and problem-solving 

       Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and local organizations 

Position Requirements 

       2 years of event management experience in a hotel, venue, or professional setting required 

       Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure 

       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 

       Experience interpreting and creating BEOs, floor plans, timelines, and contracts 

       A collaborative spirit with a passion for hospitality. 

       Proficiency in event software (Delphi, Opera, Social Tables, or similar) a plus 

       Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
