Who are we looking for?

The Regional Demand Planner is a key member of the Commercial organization, responsible for consolidating regional demand across the Americas and Asia into a single, integrated demand plan. This role provides global visibility across all business units, enabling the identification of trends, risks, and opportunities, and serves as a critical enabler of the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

The Global Demand Planner serves as the primary point of contact for ad hoc and strategic demand-related analyses requested by cross-functional and senior leadership, including portfolio deep dives, year-over-year global trend analyses, and assessments of alignment between commercial strategy and long-term demand outlooks. This position plays a central role in translating commercial inputs into actionable, data-driven insights to support global decision-making.

What will you be doing?
  • Consolidate regional, customer-level, and intracompany demand into a single global demand plan to evaluate trends across all business units and facilitate meaningful discussion during the monthly SIOP process.
  • Develop and maintain statistical forecasts based on unconstrained historical sales data, incorporating consensus inputs from Sales and Line of Business leadership.
  • Actively participate in SIOP Demand Reviews, supporting the formal forecast sign-off and release process to the Supply Planning organization
  • Continuously monitor demand performance across the Americas and Asia, providing detailed insights and variance analysis to Sales, Business Leaders, and Business Unit leadership for use in demand reviews and executive SIOP.
  • Monitor the demand plan performance for Americas and APAC throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales, Business Leaders, and Business Unit Leaders for use in demand review and SIOP meetings.
  • Represent the Demand Planning function in regional and global cross-functional initiatives, including New Product Introductions (NPIs), global portfolio rationalization efforts, and long-term commercial and product strategy discussions.
  • Provide enhanced focus on New Product and Key Product initiatives, ensuring appropriate demand visibility and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Work documentation for regional demand planning processes and supporting systems.
  • Be responsible for the Tier 1 customer consignment process in theย Americas. Maintaining customer inventory level expectations and driving core communication.
  • Provide reports and escalations on time to give proper visibility to upper management to act strategically and propose action plans accordingly.
Who are You?
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, or relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or relevant field of study.
  • Proficiency with SAP JDE software highly desired.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Advanced - Pivot Tables, V-lookups / Macros).
  • Experience with planning, analytical tools Ex: IBP, APO, Oracle/Demantra, SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, BI, Tableau or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with effective interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to interface with senior leadership and represent global and functional positions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for driving world-class planning excellence and continuous improvement
