Job Summary:

The Import Sales Specialist (ISS) is a key member of an import sales team for multiple markets. The primary responsibilities of the ISS are to support regional revenue and act as a liaison between market and sales teams with proactive communication, tracking, monitoring of contracts, creative, photography and reporting, all ensuring the execution of the advertising sales, as well as providing other related administrative support to both Regional Managers, Client Partnerships (RCP) and Account Executives (AE).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors import activity (incoming business from other markets or sales groups) for specific markets within a region, identifies potential issues and quickly resolves or escalates them as appropriate to ensure maximum revenue
  • Coordinates and ensures fulfillment of client campaigns including posting instructions & materials and Proof of Performance; quickly resolves issues as they arise.
