Key Details:

  • Pay:
    • $65-$75K annual base
    • $95 - $105K OTE

  • Schedule:
    • Full-time; includes on-site presence for events, tours, client meetings, and key business activities.
    • This role is primarily onsite, with the potential for 1โ€“2 days per week of hybrid flexibility based on business needs and schedule after ramp-up.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

This is a hands-on sales role focused on generating revenue across our wine, hospitality, and event businesses. Success in this position comes from actively building relationships, prospecting new clients, and converting opportunities into bookings and sales.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a multi-channel sales program across wine, events, and hospitality offerings, including defining strategy, outreach approach, and pipeline structure
  • Actively prospecting and securing new wine sales through direct-to-consumer, corporate gifting, wholesale, restaurant, retail, and hospitality channels
  • Growing wine club membership through outreach, relationship-building, events, and guest engagement
  • Identifying, pursuing, and closing corporate retreats, executive offsites, weddings, private events, and full-property buyouts at Tributary Hotel
  • Conducting outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, networking, industry events, sales appointments, and in-person meetings
  • Building relationships with corporate decision-makers, event planners, travel advisors, destination management companies, concierge networks, and strategic partners
  • Hosting property and vineyard tours and presenting customized proposals to prospective clients
  • Maintaining an active sales pipeline and consistently moving opportunities through the sales process
  • Meeting and exceeding established revenue goals across wine sales, event sales, hotel buyouts, and retreats
  • Representing Tributary Hospitality Group, Okta Estate Wines, and Tributary Hotel at industry events, tastings, trade shows, networking functions, and community events
  • Collaborating with operations, hospitality, and marketing committee to ensure a seamless guest experience from inquiry through execution
  • Tracking activity, reporting sales performance, forecasting revenue, and identifying new growth opportunities
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

  • Wine club membership is steadily growing
  • Corporate retreats, weddings, and private events are booked year-round
