The Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of the organization's moderately complex, high-value, and strategically important integrated projects, typically with a scope ranging from $10M-$30M. This position demands project leadership, cross-functional insight, and the ability to navigate moderately complex environments with influence and effectiveness.
The Project Manager brings expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change leadership. A key focus of this role is building and sustaining positive working relationships with project stakeholders. This role ensures alignment between organizational goals and client expectations, supporting outcomes that drive value for all stakeholders.
The Project Manager, exercising operating autonomy, applies project management knowledge and subject matter expertise to:

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong Project Management background.
  • Team leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
