Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for ourPaving Group in Winter Haven, FL.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and regulatory agencies.
  • Track project expenses, review cost reports, and manage project budgets to optimize profitability.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource management strategies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including field staff, engineers, and support personnel.
  • Ability to work onsite and manage field crews.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or in pursuit in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
