Job description

VIATEQ Corporation is staffing an AI Deployment Manager role for our exclusive client. This position is ideal for professionals with experience as an AI or SaaS Implementation Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager who enjoy leading customer-facing deployments from planning through successful adoption.


As a member of our client's team, you will be assigned to support an AI company end client, serving as their AI Deployment Manager. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will work directly with the end client's enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize cutting-edge AI solutions. You will own delivery lifecycles end-to-end, lead complex deployments, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and help drive the successful adoption of innovative AI technologies.


This position is fully remote and requires a reliable internet connection. Primary working hours will align with the Eastern Time (ET) zone.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solution deployments for enterprise clients, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch optimization
  • Define success metrics with customer stakeholders and ensure deployments drive measurable business outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, building trust, and maintaining alignment
  • Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for business stakeholders
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify and remove blockers proactively, driving projects forward with urgency and ownership
  • Support user adoption by aligning workflows, change management efforts, and performance tracking
  • Monitor performance metrics post-launch and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI

What You Bring to the Role:
  • 5+ years of experience leading SaaS, AI, or technical software implementations in enterprise environments (experience in conversational AI platforms like Cresta, Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, or similar is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills with a consultative, customer-first mindset
  • Demonstrated experience owning client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Technical fluency, including comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable steps
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and against defined success metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex implementation challenges
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Compensation Range:

$100,000-150,000. This represents the typical base compensation range for this position based on experience, location, and other factors.
