Job description

About Humanly
Humanly builds AI-native hiring software that turns recruiting from a reactive scramble into a predictable system. Built for hourly, frontline, and high-volume hiring, we don't just give teams tools - we deliver pre-vetted, ready-to-hire candidates on demand. Our AI conducts over 9,000 interviews a day for hundreds of customers, including Microsoft, Domino's, MGM Resorts, and Massage Envy.
We recently closed a $25M Series B, and we're using it to accelerate what's already working: expanding the platform, growing the team, and deepening our reach with the companies who rely on us. Headquartered in Bellevue, WA with a team that spans the globe, we're at the stage where the foundation is built, the momentum is real, and the ceiling is wherever we decide to put it.
We call ourselves Human Beans. We take ownership, move fast, and care about doing the right thing - for our customers, for candidates, and for each other. AI is core to what we build, and we're intentionally building a workplace where it's embedded in how we work too. We know the future is changing, and we're changing with it. If that's the kind of place where you do your best work, we'd love to meet you.
As an Implementation Manager, you'll own the post-sale technical onboarding experience for Humanly's enterprise and mid-market clients. You'll be the person clients trust to get them live, translating complex workflows, integrations, and configurations into a smooth, confident launch. You're equal parts project manager, solutions consultant, and trusted advisor, and you thrive when clients say 'we didn't know implementation could feel this good.
What You'll Do
Client Onboarding & Launch
  • Own end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of new clients, from kickoff through go-live
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand each client's hiring workflows, ATS configuration, and integration requirements
  • Build and manage implementation project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, stakeholder accountability, and timelines
  • Configure Humanly's platform (AI Recruiter, AI Interviewer, Talent CRM, ATS integrations) to match client-specific workflows
  • Deliver training sessions for HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers, making complex tools feel simple

Technical Integration & Configuration
  • Manage integration configurations between Humanly and client HR tech stacks, including ATS platforms, HRIS systems (UKG, ADP, Workday, etc.), and job boards, following pre-built steps or coordinating with engineering on new builds
  • Validate field mappings, data flows, and API-based connections
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues proactively, before they become client-facing problems
  • Collaborate with Humanly's engineering and product teams to flag technical gaps or escalate complex issues

Client Relationship & Project Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, staying responsive, organized, and proactive
  • Run structured working sessions and status updates that move things forward (not just report on them)
  • Manage multiple simultaneous implementations without letting any client feel deprioritized
  • Document configurations, decisions, and handoff notes clearly for the Customer Success team post-launch
  • Surface expansion and upsell signals to CS/AE partners during and after implementation

What We're Looking For
Required
  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or technical customer success
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, end to end
  • Hands-on experience with HR tech integrations including ATS, HRIS, or HCM platforms (UKG, ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar)
  • Strong project management skills with PMP or CAPM certification (or active pursuit). You track everything, follow up on everything, and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Excellent client communication: you can explain a complex integration to a non-technical HR leader without making them feel lost
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where processes are still being built
  • Available to work onsite at our Bellevue, WA headquarters 4 days per week
  • A genuine passion for helping customers achieve success

Nice to Have
  • Experience implementing or configuring AI-powered recruiting or HR automation tools
  • Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, or field mapping between SaaS platforms
  • Background in high-volume or frontline hiring environments (retail, QSR, healthcare, logistics)
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where you've had to build the playbook, not just follow it

What We Offer
  • Collaborate with a diverse and passionate team dedicated to transforming the hiring landscape
  • Competitive compensation + equity
  • Company sponsored medical, dental, and vision plans for employees
  • Learning & development stipend
  • Wellness stipend
  • 401(k) program
  • 12 weeks fully paid parental leave
  • Flexible PTO
  • Recognition programs and prizes
  • Company retreats and team building events!
