Job Summary:
Tellus Solutions, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. The role involves developing project schedules, managing vendor selection, and ensuring effective communication and reporting on project progress.
Responsibilities:
• Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project.
• Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation.
• Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs.
• Looking for candidate who is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience, has demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization — experience supporting Cisco switching environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and network refresh initiatives.
• Network Cutover and Migration Planning — ability to manage enterprise cutover planning, traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities.
• Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects — experience managing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
• Environment: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams). Clarity PPM. Azure DevOps.
