Registered Behavior Technician

Join the ARC of the Treasure Coast and help individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in providing direct care, implementing behavior intervention programs, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise individuals in a residential setting.
  • Implement behavior plans and strategies.
  • Assist with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meals, transportation).
  • Document progress and behaviors.
  • Participate in recreational activities.
  • Administer medication as prescribed.
  • Facilitate community outings and activities.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals.

Qualifications:
  • RBT certification
  • 20-hour Behavior Assistant certification
  • Safety Care certification
  • 1+ year experience with individuals with disabilities
  • Valid FL driver's license
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
