Job description

What You Will Do:

As an Implementation Customer Success Coordinator, you will play an essential role on our Implementation Services team, helping ensure the seamless onboarding, technical configuration, and early platform success for new Allego customers.

Working directly in partnership with Implementation Customer Success Managers (ICSMs) and Senior ICSMs, you will serve as a key execution partner on client implementations. You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for problem-solving and hands-on software configuration. In this role, you will assist in building and configuring tailored solutions directly within the Allego Platform on behalf of our customers, while actively guiding and training customer admins on how to manage and support those solutions long-term.

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to expand their career in SaaS implementation and project management within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Implementation Support: Work directly with ICSMs and Senior ICSMs to support the end-to-end onboarding and implementation lifecycle for new customer accounts. 
  • Platform Configuration: Hands-on execution and configuration of user groups, content structures, workflows, and tailored features within the Allego Platform on behalf of the customer based on project requirements.
  • Customer Enablement & Training: Train customer platform administrators and project teams on configuration best practices, ensuring clients are empowered and equipped to maintain and support their solutions post-launch. 
  • Project Execution: Assist in tracking project deliverables, managing action items, and ensuring key implementation milestones are completed accurately and on time. 
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the Allego platform functionality, features, and best practices to serve as a reliable technical partner for internal teams and customers. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Technical Support, and Account Management, to escalate questions and resolve client requests promptly. 
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate project status tracking and customer records in internal systems such as Salesforce to support overall account health monitoring. 
  • Process Improvement: Help refine implementation templates, administrative training guides, and configuration playbooks based on customer feedback and recurring execution needs. 

Requirements

Experience You Will Bring: 
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, client relations, software implementation support, or technical application support preferred
  • SaaS & Tech Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master software functionality, navigate web applications, and configure platform settings to meet business needs. 
  • Customer Focus: Highly responsive and customer-centric approach, demonstrating urgency, empathy, and ownership in helping clients succeed. 
  • Detail & Quality Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to quality execution across concurrent tasks and projects. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to host live training sessions, walk customers through technical steps, and present ideas clearly. 
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to partner effectively with project managers and technical peers. 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required. 
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com or CS platforms (e.g., ChurnZero) is a plus.
Compensation

Base salary: $55,000-67,000

Variable pay target: 10%
