CareCloud is transforming the healthcare experience with the industryโ€™s most modern, flexible and powerful cloud-based platform to help providers maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their practices while connecting and collaborating directly with patients in support of better care. CareCloud solutions include revenue cycle management, practice management, electronic health records, advanced billing rules, and analytics. As part of the Professional Services team, the Implementation Associate is responsible for assisting clients and CareCloud Project Managers with all daily implementation project tasks including information gathering, system configuration and testing, training, client support, and overall delivery assurance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of client implementations using CareCloudโ€™s methodology
  • Under direction from Project Managers, work with clients and other CareCloud teams to complete the implementation tasks especially system configuration and testing
  • Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and according to requirements
  • Provide onsite, telephonic, and electronic support to clients during the implementation project
  • Update project and task status through web-based tool
  • Work across multiple clients and implementations at a time
  • Provide regular status reporting to Project Manager
  • Be a subject matter expert on CareCloudโ€™s product offerings

  • Ability to complete tasks according to defined schedules
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Healthcare experience with working knowledge of EDI/ERA enrollment, Payer contracts, and EHR software preferred
  • Strong computer application skills
  • Understanding of general systems technology
  • Up to 70% travel
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
