Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and CRM excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects in collaboration with our business partners
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and change management policies.
  • Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and Salesforce optimization.
Minimum required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably focused on Salesforce implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud/Agent Force Revenue Management.
Education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
