Position Summary
The Project Manager IV leads complex, high-value construction and design projects from concept to completion. You'll own scope, schedule, and budget while serving as the on-site leader ensuring successful delivery every step of the way.
What You'll Do
  • Lead large-scale construction and renovation projects end-to-end
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance
  • Oversee field operations and resolve complex issues
  • Review designs, submittals, and invoices for compliance
  • Ensure adherence to codes, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget

What You Bring
