About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, decisive leader, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes ownership of their projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings — OAC and internal
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes, contracts, and change orders
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation in Procore
  • Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure schedule and quality alignment
  • Track project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective action
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, and design teams
  • Oversee project closeout including punch list, warranties, and final documentation
  • Mentor and support assistant project managers and project engineers

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of project management experience with a general contractor
  • Multifamily ground up experience required — wood frame, podium, or mid-rise preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost management
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred — equivalent experience considered
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
