Your role:
The Senior Implementation Specialist ensures the successful delivery of ancillary application implementations by working closely with customers, Implementation Project Managers, and internal teams. This role is execution-focused and centers on translating approved designs and requirements into accurately configured, tested, and deployable solutions. The Senior Implementation Specialist owns the data quality and readiness within assigned projects and serves as a key contributor to on-time, high-quality customer go-lives.
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and document data migration requirements including current state, transformative work and loading. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact, conducting meetings and providing updates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Own the full customer data migration lifecycle: source system analysis, data mapping, extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Work with customers to profile legacy data, define mapping specifications, and resolve data quality issues prior to conversion.
  • Perform hands-on quality assurance testing after data migration, integrations, data moves or segmentation splits/combinations to ensure solutions meet defined requirements prior to go-live.
  • Establish repeatable AI implementation patterns, accelerators, and best practices for reuse across the Professional Services organization.
  • Practical experience implementing or configuring AI/ML-enabled features, such as intelligent automation, document processing, or LLM-based workflows.
  • Other job duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the team:
  • A passion for improving healthcare through technology 
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred
  • Practical experience implementing or configuring AI/ML-enabled features, such as intelligent automation, document processing, or LLM-based workflows.
  • Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management 
  • Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction. 
  • 5–7 years of experience in SaaS management, professional services consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Work location: 
Remote. Travel will be required.  
Compensation:
FSI offers a competitive compensation package aligned with market data, internal role leveling, and individual experience.  The starting salary is expected to fall within the range of $75,000 – $90,000.
