Duties

  • Manages Task Orders related to ServiceNow modules — enhancements to ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgmt Pro, PA, and delivery of new SPM and CSM modules.
  • Coordinates requirements gathering, UAT, cutover, and post-implementation support.
  • Tracks KPIs such as incident resolution SLAs, request fulfillment, asset compliance rates, and customer satisfaction.

Experience Requirement

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading ServiceNow module implementations or enhancements.
  • Must have a PMP certification.

Specialized Experience

  • Direct PM experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Mgmt Pro.
  • Demonstrated success leading CSM or SPM implementations and managing enterprise integrations.
