DESCRIPTION
Michael Baker International's Baltimore Aviation Practice is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aviation Terminal Programs to lead major airport terminal, concourse, passenger processing, baggage handling, landside facility, and aviation building projects. The ideal candidate will have direct senior project management experience on large airport terminal projects with construction values greater than $100 million and a demonstrated record of leading multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating complex stakeholder environments, managing project scope/schedule/budget, and supporting construction-phase delivery in active airport settings.

  • Oversee project scope, fee, schedule, budget, risk, change management, quality control, and construction-phase services for major terminal or airport facility programs
  • Coordinate architecture, civil, structural, MEP/FP, baggage handling, special systems, security, sustainability, cost estimating, scheduling, constructability, and construction administration disciplines
  • Lead issue resolution during design, procurement, and construction, including RFIs, submittals, design clarifications, change evaluations, and owner/contractor coordination

  • Interact with Program owner and other stakeholders to understand needs and requests
  • Verify compliance with applicable design standards
  • Provide support for development of aviation-related proposals

Professional Requirements
