Job description

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Healthcare Construction)
A established Healthcare Market Contractor, is experiencing significant growth and is in need of a Construction Assistant Project Manager looking for excellent career potential. Minimum of 3 years construction management experience.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Assist Project Manager and superintendent on projects as needed.
• Coordinate submittals on Procore/Client software and keep logs updated. Ensure timely submittals approval process. Distribute returned submittals to proper subs and field personnel.
• RFI management. Upload info communicated from field and/or Project Manager to necessary software for resolution and tracking. Follow up on RFI's with A/E and expedite responses. Distribute returned RFI's to proper subs and field personnel.
• Update and distribute submittal logs/RFI logs/PCO logs/Budgets etc.
• Ensure field staff and subcontractors have most up to date contract documents.
• Check superintendent daily logs/photos for completeness.
• Work with PM/Field to keep project schedules up to date.
• Assist with client job specific tasks and reporting.
• Attend weekly meetings with assigned PM and distribute minutes when necessary. Conference calls to be used in lieu of in person meetings when applicable.
• Work with admin assistant for proper close outs. Gather all warranty/O&M materials/As-Built documents. Package all close out documents to A/E and owner. Confirm as-builts have been returned to office.
