Job description

Facilitate the successful definition and delivery of projects. Will be responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraint of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Implement projects and support those day-to-day activities within the specified business area. Manage multiple priorities on an on-going basis, to include, but not limited to: project budgeting and time estimates; managing exempt employees and contractors; project scope and definition; gathering and documenting requirements; and resource and contingency planning.
Skills & Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years' experience in Project Management.
Four years work experience in: legacy and emerging technologies, application architecture, database technologies, system design and implementation; issue/study definition, project and methodology design, statistical modeling and simulation and data interpretation; one or more business processes; and industry awareness.
Certification or training in Project Management preferred; breadth of business and operational knowledge of Highmark and/or health care industry.
Must be goal oriented and action-focused. Must have exemplary leadership skills.Comments for Suppliers:Pittsburgh or Camp Hill locations
