We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Implementation Manager to own the post-sales lifecycle for our dealership partners. You will manage the full implementation journey of UVeye's scanning systems, ensuring technical milestones are met and dealership teams are empowered for day-one success. Your mission is to turn complex technical deployments into seamless, value-driven experiences for our clients.
A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive dealership clients from contract signature through installation completion.
  • Host group calls to guide clients through site readiness requirements, including CAD review, network, electrical, and construction requirements.
  • Tracking of client's open deliverables through completion using various internal tools.
  • Provide expertise and hands-on support to dealerships in developing internal processes tied to the successful implementation and integration of UVeye systems.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop optimal hardware placement designs and comprehensive installation plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between clients, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed installation schedules, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure all necessary resources, documentation, and approvals are in place before installation begins.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges, maintaining proactive communication to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) post-installation by providing all necessary documentation, project details, and client information.
  • Facilitate a formal handover meeting to align on client expectations, system status, and next steps for ongoing success and support.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of proven experience managing the onboarding and implementation of hardware solutions ideally for dealerships.
  • Experience working with dealerships, with a solid understanding of how a service lane operates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of site preparation requirements such as networking, electrical systems, and construction is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., SalesForce, Monday.com, Asana, or similar) and standard office software.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a high level of assertiveness and persistence in their approach to making phone calls to maintain frequent outreach, ensuring follow-ups are completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills to communicate plans, updates, and key milestones effectively.
  • This is a remote role, based on CT or ET. The ideal candidate should be located within an hour of a Major US Airport.

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for Bonus.
