JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Coordinator Enterprise to lead and manage end-to-end customer installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll oversee every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and continuous performance tracking.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Project Management & Execution
  • Lead projects from kickoff to completion, including timelines, scope, scheduling, and coordination with internal/external teams.
  • Maintain project plans aligned with service designs and contractual commitments.

Customer Engagement
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project.
  • Clearly communicate milestones, progress, and any dependencies or changes.
  • Represent the "Voice of the Customer" internally.

Performance & Metrics
  • Track and report key delivery metrics and milestones.
  • Support Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) with relevant data.
  • Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project health and forecasts.

Financial Oversight
  • Monitor and manage project budgets.
  • Forecast and address any financial gaps, collaborating with relevant teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, Procurement, and Field Ops.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs and project alignment across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred. A minimum of 3-6 years of project management or service delivery experience, preferably in telecommunications, fiber, or technology services.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, customer-facing projects, ideally in a technical or service-oriented industry.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including experience in budget management and financial forecasting.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure project success.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)

  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas

  • Strong data analysis capabilities with a focus on tracking and improving service delivery performance
