Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for project management activities relating to technology projects across a range of network functions e.g. authorizations and ATM platforms.

Co-ordinate business activities on technology releases and manage releases from end to end.

Work collaboratively across various stakeholder groups such as GNB, GNS, GMS, Finance, Technologies, Compliance and other cross functional areas

Ensure alignment on business testing and operational readiness by partnering with leaders and project teams to source resources to meet project deliverables

Responsible for building and managing global relationships with business partners to understand business requirements, constraints or other opportunities related to platform

Influence, lead and communicate to all levels across a broad range of customers and constituents 


Required Qualifications:

Exceptional project management skills

Management of project scope, budget and timelines

Strong results orientation with the ability to effectively analyze and identifying and manage Risks, Issues, Budgets, Timelines and Scope

Knowledge of AXP transaction processing preferred i.e. authorization and settlement

Experience in all phases of project management and delivery, including UAT and implementation

Experience of driving results and collaborating in a cross-functional and global environment

Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills

Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or timelines without adding unacceptable risks to quality

Excellent presentation skills

Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred

Knowledge of Digital Network environment preferred

Knowledge of Agile Delivery Methodology preferred

PMP preferred

Prior Amex experience is a big plus

Experience in Network GNS is a big plus
