What you will do
  • Gathers appropriate information from clients and vendors to ensure accurate and effective user set up. Works with internal stakeholders to relay information
  • Serves as the primary liaison with clients, providers and internal stakeholders to continuously communicate and keep all parties up to date on relevant implementation details. This includes preparing reports on progress and problems and coordinating project team meetings as appropriate
  • When requested or apparent, facilitates the implementation of current clients to new providers as appropriate
What we look for
  • A solid understanding of project management processes and techniques to perform the work described above as normally obtained through a minimum of two (2) years of experience coordinating and/or managing projects
  • Customer service and/or account management experience is required or experience in which the incumbent has been engaged in identifying and understanding the customers' needs, providing solutions and presenting recommendations
  • Operational experience in the medical industry or a hospice environment is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical fields in which incumbents have gained a thorough understanding of durable medical equipment is preferred
