We are seeking an experienced AI Development and Implementation Team Lead to establish an develop an AI-focused IT team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in AI-driven process optimization. Experience with financial products is a huge plus, too. The successful candidate will drive the development and deployment of AI solutions that will improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance decision-making across the loan lending lifecycle.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Lead the creation and growth of the AI Development and Implementation team from the ground up.

  • Develop and oversee AI initiatives targeting loan origination, servicing, risk assessment, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, finance, and compliance—to identify areas where AI can add measurable value.

  • Design, implement, and monitor AI models and solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and make recommendations for adoption.

  • Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading a technical team, preferably in AI or advanced analytics.
