Job description
FirmPilot is the first AI platform built specifically for law firm marketing. We help small to mid-sized firms generate high-intent leads and sign more cases. Our clients typically see 180%+ growth in caseload.
Most law firms rely on outdated SEO tactics, generic content, and vanity metrics. FirmPilot replaces that guesswork with precision. Our proprietary legal knowledge database ensures that content is written to rank. Real-time competitor analysis identifies the searches that actually convert. The platform optimizes continuously based on results, not reports.
We're scaling fast and building a sales team that operates with intensity and accountability.
This is a high-activity outbound BDR position. Cold calls, cold outreach, pipeline generation. Not passive. Not inbound.
Who you're selling toManaging partners at personal injury firms, solo criminal defense attorneys, owners of growing family or immigration practices. They've hired three agencies in four years. Two ghosted them. One sent monthly PDFs full of "impressions." None of it signed cases. They're skeptical of anyone promising "AI." Your job is to cut through in the first line, be human, be specific, and earn the meeting.
What you'll actually do- Working steps of our outreach sequence averaging 100+ calls per day and 2.5 hours of talk time
- Earn time by demonstrating value and overcoming objections
- Convert outreach into qualified meetings with law firm decision-makers
- Generate pipeline that hits qualified meeting targets (~average 13/mo)
- Partner with Account Executives on handoff and deal progression
- Maintain solid call notes and accurate tracking of all activity in HubSpot
- 1+ year(s) in outbound sales, SDR or business development
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
- High degree of personal accountability and consistency
- Coachable and adaptable to change, with a growth mindset
- Strong verbal communicator who qualifies and adapts in real-time
- You genuinely want a career in sales, not a placeholder job. You can tell us what success looks like for you over the next one to three years and why this is the path.
- Product that actually works. 180%+ case lift, real ROI, customers who renew because the math is the math.
- Being equipped with data to make outreach specific and meaningful to attorneys (this is not a spray and pray approach)
- Ability to work directly with VP & SVP level leaders - providing both sales & career guidance

Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000, with additional commission based on performance (up to $110k OTE).
In addition to base salary and commission, FirmPilot offers:

- Discretionary paid time off
- 11 holidays observed, and 2 floating holidays
