About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple implementations, hosting client webinars, and delivering group training sessions. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
  • Pre sales Engagement: Assist with pre-sales activities for larger clients by discussing the implementation journey and addressing any questions they may have about the process.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process. Expanding Microsoft knowledge, and completing SC-900.
  • Internal Training: Provide technical training to internal teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Webinars: Host & Co-host client facing webinars to increase their knowledge of the inforcer platform as well as ad hoc topics.
  • Implementation: Delivering multiple implementation sessions, managing the project and client communications.
  • Advanced implementation: Lead & Manage bespoke implementations for larger clients, including project planning and ensuring the client reaches milestones.
  • Documentation: Proactively updating & creating documentation, creating video content for internal training as well as customer facing; this includes staying up to date with latest feature updates to the inforcer platform.
  • One to many training: Deliver platform training and technical sessions for both virtual and in person, within a group setting.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our solution meets their expectations and business requirements.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process and upon its completion
  • Process Improvement: Help drive improvements to onboarding processes and the overall client experience.

  • 3+ years' experience as an Implementation Manager or similar experience
