Other job duties include team management, creating work plans, and ensuring each process works smoothly. Technical skills are essential even though the career doesn’t entail creating programs or technology. Key qualifications for an implementation manager job are a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, management experience, and excellent communication skills.

This includes helping them determine their needs or assisting them in defining, designing, developing and implementing solutions that provide critical value to their organization.
At Crowe, we empower you to take risks, to challenge yourself in specialized areas of consulting & technology, and to generate solutions that impact the firm and your professional growth. Crowe cultivates a creative company culture where you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and knowledge with clients from your very first day with the firm.
