Communication Lead - Global ERP Implementation will be responsible for crafting and disseminating key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system across 120 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global communication strategy and plan
  • Craft and disseminate key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership
  • Collaborate with change management team to integrate communication with overall change strategy
  • Develop and maintain communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and intranet content
  • Manage and coordinate communication channels, including social media and internal communication platforms
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication effort
  • Provide communication support for project milestones and events
Qualifications
