We are seeking a highly capable, emotionally intelligent, and leadership driven Program Implementation Coach to join our growing team. This is a high responsibility leadership role intended for professionals who are passionate about mentorship, implementation excellence, neuroaffirming practices, and building strong support systems within a collaborative environment.
This is not an entry level role. We are looking for professionals who can lead with both warmth and accountability while helping shape the future of LEAPS programming and staff development.
Position Overview

The Program Implementation Coach is responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of program implementation across LEAPS Services. This role provides leadership, mentorship, real time field support, training reinforcement, and operational guidance to Neurodivergent Life Coaches and Inclusion Assistants.
This individual plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of LEAPS programming by supporting staff development, strengthening implementation practices, assisting with participant success, and helping foster a professional, collaborative, and solution oriented culture.The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, organized, confident in leadership settings, and deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals through meaningful and community integrated experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Staff Leadership & Mentorship
Provide direct mentorship and implementation support to Neurodivergent Life Coaches and Inclusion Assistants
Conduct field observations, overlaps, and coaching support sessions
Support onboarding and training reinforcement for new staff
Provide constructive feedback and professional guidance to team members
Help maintain professionalism, accountability, and consistency across programming
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen team culture and staff performance
Program Oversight & Implementation
Ensure individualized supports are implemented effectively and consistently
Support staff with behavioral, emotional regulation, communication, and social implementation strategies
Assist in adapting supports and activities based on participant needs and learning styles
Monitor participant engagement, independence, safety awareness, and social growth
Help oversee community based outings, volunteer experiences, and group programming
Collaborate with leadership on program improvement and implementation systems
Family & Team Collaboration
Maintain professional and solution focused communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in meetings, consultations, and support planning discussions
Assist in reviewing participant progress, recommendations, and implementation needs
Support problem solving and conflict resolution when challenges arise
Operational Support
Assist with staffing support and scheduling coverage when necessary
Ensure documentation systems and communication expectations are being followed
Help maintain organization standards, routines, and implementation quality
Support the overall day to day flow and functionality of programming
Required Qualifications

Masters degree required in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, Behavioral Sciences, Special Education, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals
Leadership, mentorship, or supervision experience required
Strong understanding of neuroaffirming and person centered practices
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Ability to confidently lead, mentor, and support developing professionals
Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution oriented in dynamic environments
Preferred Experience
Experience in community based programming
Background in education, behavioral support, youth development, or coaching models
Experience facilitating trainings or mentoring teams
Familiarity with individualized supports, emotional regulation strategies, and implementation coaching
Compensation Range
$68,000 to $78,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience, leadership background, and qualifications.
Schedule
Full Time Position
37.5 hour work week
Monday through Friday with occasional evenings or weekends based on programming and events.
