Job description

Brady Corporation is seeking a National Account Manager who acts as a force multiplier for the commercial organization, responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth within a dedicated portfolio of high-potential accounts. This role bridges the gap between broad market strategy and field sales execution by owning and replicating success across specific account clusters in the Americas. The NAM orchestrates complex, multi-site sales opportunities and leverages key national channel partners to amplify market penetration and build powerful, revenue-generating ecosystems.

Strategic Project Ownership & Revenue Generation

  • Build and implement comprehensive account plans for a portfolio of focused accounts, identifying key stakeholders, high-value growth opportunities, and competitive vulnerabilities.
  • Lead the coordination of opportunities that span multiple sites or territories, developing tailored programs, contracts, and bi/tri-lateral agreements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Move beyond transactional sales to understand deep, systemic customer challenges, positioning Brady as a long-term partner by architecting comprehensive enterprise solutions.

Vertical Market & Ecosystem Development

  • Develop subject matter expertise within focus end-user account clusters (e.g., Equipment Rental, Aerospace, Lab, Warehousing), understanding their unique challenges, technical applications, and buying behaviors.
  • Partner closely with Vertical Market Leaders to identify successful commercial models and strategies, then replicate and scale those successes across similar accounts in the region.
  • Employ a sophisticated omni-channel sales approach, seamlessly leveraging direct sales, inside sales, and digital channels to engage customers effectively throughout their entire buying journey.

Channel & Strategic Partner Alignment

  • Understand key Distributor(s) organizational structure and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with the national account teams at key distributors aligning localized efforts to drive mutual growth.
  • Partner with Channel Managers to create targeted sales programs, training modules, and co-marketing initiatives that enable distribution partners to effectively position Brady solutions.
  • Actively support and drive opportunities that are identified across regional boundaries, ensuring a smooth hand-off and consistent customer experience
