Position Summary


Deloitte is seeking a Consultant/Senior to support the execution of the Executive Impact Studio - a centralized capability responsible for synthesizing and activating insights across the C-suite.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of insights and content by supporting research inputs, data organization, and output creation. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure insights are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in formats that are usable across channels.


This role offers the opportunity to build experience in insights, content development, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.


Work You'll Do


Support Insights Development and Content Outputs

Assist in translating inputs into usable content outputs.

  • Support development of dashboards, speakers notes, short-form content and executive/media-ready materials.
  • Help synthesize research, data, and client intelligence into clear and curated outputs (e.g., event narratives, presentations, webinars, written content, video).
  • Ensure content and materials remain accurate and aligned with Deloitte's broader C-Suite engagement strategy.


Execute Studio Workflows and Processes

Support day-to-day operations of the Studio.

  • Track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics across projects.
  • Maintain content calendars, trackers, and documentation to deliver content to market efficiently and consistently.
  • Maintain structured datasets, trackers, and repositories to identify and prioritize most impactful work.
  • Ensure work progresses efficiently through defined workflows.


Collaborate with Team Members

Work within a cross-functional team environment.

  • Support coordination with research, marketing, content, experiential activation, internal business leaders, and media/PR teams.
  • Incorporate feedback to refine outputs and deliverables.
  • Communicate progress and escalate issues when needed.


Support Continuous Improvement

Contribute to improving team operations.

  • Help identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Support updates to templates, tools, and documentation.

  • Bachelors' Degree required.
  • Ability to travel, as needed, based on the work you do and the clients/industries/sectors you serve 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
