Job Description

Position               : Program Manager

Location               : Malvern, PA Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) – Relocation works

Duration              : Long term contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and milestones to ensure successful delivery
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage relationships across business, technical, and leadership teams
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring deliverables are owned, tracked, and completed on time
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when necessary
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
  • Support platform or software rollouts, including coordination between technical teams and business users
  • Promote best practices in project governance, documentation, and change management

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of project management experience, leading projects through the full lifecycle
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
  • Experience delivering technology or platform-related projects
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
