  • Serve as a client liaison, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with a client-first approach
  • Monitor Immigration Court deadlines, track case progress, and support timely filings to ensure compliance
  • Provide additional legal and administrative support to attorneys and the broader legal team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a Juris Doctor program (2L/3L) or recent JD graduate (required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous experience in a U.S. immigration law firm (required)
  • Previous experience using legal client management software (preferred)
  • Authorization to work in the United States (required)
  • Strong academic record and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in immigration law and a desire to learn and contribute
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional demeanor, with strong communication and client service skills
  • Opportunities for advancement within the firm

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive remuneration based on skills and experience.
  • Performance-based bonuses to reward excellence.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
