Job description

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Game Master to guide guests through immersive escape room experiences. The Game Master is responsible for hosting groups, monitoring gameplay, delivering clues, resetting rooms, and ensuring every team has a fun, safe, and memorable experience from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interactive entertainment, theater, puzzles, and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Checking in and welcoming guests
  • Cleaning of public spaces; bathroom, lobby, etc.
  • Answering phone calls and creating bookings
  • Briefing guests as a character and performing story moments
  • Resetting games in a timely manner
  • Maintaining our standard of game quality

Qualifications

  • MUST be at least 18 years or older.
  • A passion for escape rooms and immersive experiences
  • Strong problem solving skills and multitasking capabilities
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Experience playing escape rooms (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a customer service based role (preferred)
  • Theater or performance experience (preferred)
