As a SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience at the SONIC Drive-In. Responsibilities include:Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/ Team members, Carhops and Skating CarhopsDirects and assigns drive-in restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practicesPerforms restaurant opening and/or closing dutiesPrepares employee work schedules; monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to restaurant staffing levels Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels.
