Contract Recruiter โ€“ Food Manufacturing

Plainfield, IN | $36+/Hour | Immediate Opportunity


Morales Professional is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a leading food manufacturing operation in Plainfield, Indiana.

This is an onsite recruiting position focused on driving high-volume hiring across both production and technical roles. The recruiter will partner directly with plant leadership to help execute an aggressive hiring initiative of approximately 60 openings while building talent pipelines for future growth.


What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for production, maintenance, technical, and skilled manufacturing positions
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to prioritize hiring needs
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing workforce demands
  • Maintain recruiting activity, candidate communications, and hiring metrics
  • Drive urgency and execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment


What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruiting experience required
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting hourly production and technical hiring initiatives
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Bilingual preffered, but not necessary


Position Details

  • $36/hour and up, based on experience
  • First shift with flexible scheduling
  • Onsite in Plainfield, Indiana
  • W2 employment through Morales Professional
  • Minimum 3-month contract assignment
  • Potential for extension based on business needs
  • Opportunity for full-time conversion at the client's discretion
