Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Attend bimonthly Microsoft Teams meetings to discuss goals, evaluate successes and challenges, and share feedback, ideas, and recommendations.
  • Participate in one on-campus meeting, if possible, to collaborate with fellow ambassadors and program coordinators.
  • Contribute content to Sycamore Grove (Indiana State University's social media platform) at least once every two weeks.
  • Establish and facilitate class-specific channels to encourage academic discussion, collaboration, and peer engagement.
  • Build and maintain connections through Sycamore Grove to foster relationships with fellow students.
  • Serve as a resource for prospective and currents students by answering questions about online learning and degree completion programs.
