Job description

IN-PERSON

Are you a creative Graphic Designer eager to bring signage visions to life? Join our team at Image 360 Arlington in Arlington, TX, US, where your talent will shine in person both as a Designer and in Sign Production/Installation.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $20 - $25 per hour along with a full benefit package. We value team members who put clients first and have a can-do, results-driven mindset. You are the type of person that believes in an ethical/trustworthy environment. You have respect for others (other team members, vendors, and clients). You like a challenge and are looking for ways to improve yourself and your work environment.


You will play a pivotal role in our success and can do design but also work in production, running the printers, laminators, laser engraver, and other equipment. You can put signs together and do sign installation, such as wall graphics, window graphics, some vehicle graphics, etc.

You like a fast-paced environment and can get projects completed to meet deadlines. You have excellent sign design skills in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop as needed), as well as running RIP programs such as Onyx Thrive (or equivalent). You can read work orders in CoreBridge (our POS system) or similar.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Design clients' signage on a timely basis. Our thought process is 15 minutes for simple signs. More complicated signs allow for design time

  • Work with clients on their vision - incorporating what is realistic and practical.

  • Ensure everything is correct - sizing, grammar/spelling

  • Print/Produce using our equipment/laminators/laser engraver, etc.

  • Put signs together - weed/tape, apply with Cut Work Table

  • Install some graphics (window/vehicle/wall, dimensional) as needed

  • Help keep our work environment clean and safe



Qualifications:
  • Must have strong sign design skills

  • Excellent spelling/grammar and math skills (You know how to read a tape measure

  • 2 years or more in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and 1 year or more in Onyx Thrive (or equivalent. College Degree or minimum of an associate's degree preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and able to handle pressure when deadlines must be met

  • Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, and other team members

  • Able to work on own, without constant supervision
