• Excellent spelling\/grammar and math skills (You know how to read a tape measure<\/p><\/li>

• 2 years or more in Adobe Illustrator\/Photoshop and 1 year or more in Onyx Thrive (or equivalent. College Degree or minimum of an associate's degree preferred<\/p><\/li>

• Excellent organizational skills and able to handle pressure when deadlines must be met<\/p><\/li>

• Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, and other team members<\/p><\/li>

  • Design clients' signage on a timely basis. Our thought process is 15 minutes for simple signs. More complicated signs allow for design time<\/p><\/li>

  • Work with clients on their vision - incorporating what is realistic and practical.<\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure everything is correct - sizing, grammar\/spelling<\/p><\/li>

  • Print\/Produce using our equipment\/laminators\/laser engraver, etc.<\/p><\/li>

  • Put signs together - weed\/tape, apply with Cut Work Table<\/p><\/li>

  • Install some graphics (window\/vehicle\/wall, dimensional) as needed<\/p><\/li>

  • Help keep our work environment clean and safe<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
