Job description

Job Summary:
IEHP is dedicated to healing and inspiring the human spirit, and they are seeking a Manager for their IT Project Management Office. The role involves leading Agile Program and Project Management efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects, and managing a team of IT Program and Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead and drive Agile Program and Project Management maturity efforts.
โ€ข Deliver the IT portfolio of projects through PMO standards and process management.
โ€ข Develop, establish, execute, lead, collaborate, and communicate to drive agile delivery of both IT and business submitted technical projects/programs.
โ€ข Lead a team of IT Program and Project Managers responsible for project managing and delivery of the IEHP enterprise technology project portfolio.
โ€ข Ensure appropriate resource and budget allocations, project planning completion, project intake, oversight, collaborative sprint and scrum management, and agile methodology application.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum of ten (10) years of direct work experience in a project management capacity and utilizing standard project management tools, including all aspects of plan development and execution in both technical and functional settings
โ€ข Must have worked in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
โ€ข Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics
โ€ข Must have prior experience in line management, coaching, and mentoring
โ€ข Must have prior experience integrating and aligning plans within a broad range of internal and external functions
โ€ข Must have experience working within Waterfall and Agile projects
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management, or related program from an accredited institution
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience in JIRA/ Azure DevOps or Lean preferred. Prior experience in healthcare
โ€ข Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
โ€ข Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
