The Developer II - Microsoft Dynamics is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and administering Microsoft Dynamics product. The Developer II provides technical support for issues related to MS Dynamics and integrations, and escalating issues as needed. This position also monitors platform health and manages integrations between MS Dynamics and other systems. The incumbent collaborates with development teams and internal stakeholders, as well as, creates documentation and manages security and compliance.

  1. Gather and analyze new and changing business requirements for the Dynamics 365 CRM system. Create and maintain technical documentation for configuration, customizations, integrations, and workflows.
  2. Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet changing business needs. Configure entities, forms, view, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and workflows.
  3. Develop and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM as needed.
  4. Develop and customize CRM using Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
  5. Work with integration between Dynamics 365 and external system using API based integration. Support data migration activities (mapping, ETL, data validation).
  6. Provide training and support to end-users.
  7. Provide day-to-day support of the Enterprise Lead and Broker Management functions as well as service and workflow functions with special focus on the D365 suite of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  8. Perform system testing and quality assurance for any changes and updates.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365.
  10. Monitor and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system.
  11. Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.

Education & Requirement

Required:

  • Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with a minimum of two (2) years of MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experience
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM products
  • Experience working with integration between Dynamics 365 and external system using API based integration
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the CRM system
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution

Preferred

  • Experience with Dataverse and CRM security model
  • Proven experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Relevant certifications, such as MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM

Key Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the following
    • MS Dynamics D365 Sales and Service CRM and API experience
    • CRM workflows, customization, and configuration
    • Applicable data privacy practices and laws
    • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies preferred
