Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, picking and packing orders, and ensuring on-time deliveries

    • OIG (Office of the Inspector General) registry check required https://exclusions.oig.hhs.gov/
    • Abuse registry https://apps.health.tn.gov/AbuseRegistry/

Onboarding Documents and Information:
Identgo BG, State ID, and SS card, and Primary source licensure.
All employees must provide proof of a negative TB skin test before hire or receive a skin test during new employee orientation at MBMHI.
From November 1- March 31, employees must provide proof of a flu vaccination before hire. Flu vaccines may be provided during new employee orientation at MBMHI. Requests for exemption to the flu vaccine must be submitted to Mary C. Young, CEO, for review prior to hire. All exemption requests are subject to CEO approval.
Failure to comply with these requirements will constitute breach of contract, and the contract will be terminated."
