Protiviti is looking for a Manager to join our growing Digital Identity Team. This role is focused on designing, configuring, integrating, and delivering Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions for clients with complex identity governance and access management needs.

What You Can Expect

As a Manager, you'll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.

What Will Help You Be Successful
  • You enjoy hands-on Saviynt engineering work, including solution configuration, workflow development, connector setup, access request design, certification configuration, rules, jobs, and operational troubleshooting.

  • You have experience implementing Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, Saviynt IGA, or comparable IGA platforms in client or enterprise environments, with a strong preference for direct Saviynt delivery experience.

  • You can translate functional identity requirements into technical Saviynt designs and clearly explain configuration decisions, risks, issue resolution, and implementation tradeoffs to client stakeholders.

  • You create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.

  • You have interest in participating in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.

  • You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience engineering and implementing Saviynt solutions, preferably Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, in complex enterprise or consulting environments.

  • Saviynt configuration experience across identity lifecycle management, access requests, approval workflows, certifications, policies, roles, user access reviews, and provisioning processes.

  • Experience building, configuring, or troubleshooting Saviynt connectors and integrations with systems such as HR platforms, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP directories, ERP platforms, cloud applications, ITSM tools, and business applications.

  • Ability to support Saviynt technical design activities, including requirements translation, data mapping, access model design, workflow logic, connector strategy, testing approach, migration planning, and implementation documentation.

  • Experience with Saviynt rules, jobs, analytics, reports, campaigns, entitlement management, role-based access control, role mining, access certification, and SoD concepts.

  • Ability to troubleshoot Saviynt issues across identity data, provisioning failures, workflow routing, connector behavior, access certification logic, and downstream application integrations.

  • Understanding of IAM and IGA operating models, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, access governance, access request fulfillment, certification operations, role design, and compliance reporting.

  • Experience delivering technical IAM implementation work in a fast-paced, cross-functional or matrixed organization.

  • Ability to communicate technical and project-related issues to client personnel, including senior stakeholders, while maintaining a strong delivery orientation.

  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring and coaching teams, reviewing work, coordinating across technical and functional workstreams, and supporting performance development.

  • Experience delivering strategic IAM or IGA advisory work, including assessments, strategy, roadmap development, and implementation planning, with a preference for Saviynt-centered programs.

  • Experience with related identity technologies such as SailPoint, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, or virtual directories is helpful, but this role is primarily focused on hands-on Saviynt engineering delivery.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, release management, defect management, and deployment practices for identity platform implementations.

  • An overall passion for IAM, identity governance, and building secure, scalable Saviynt solutions for clients.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience working in identity and access management, identity governance, cybersecurity, professional services, consulting, or a large enterprise environment.

  • Hands-on Saviynt implementation, configuration, engineering, or production support experience strongly preferred.

  • Saviynt certification, identity vendor certifications, or relevant IAM, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology certifications preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$129,000.00 - $205,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$144,480.00 - $229,600.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
