Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company focused on providing advanced technology solutions, and they are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator. The role involves managing user accounts, configuring access control tools, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage user accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and updating access across systems and applications.
โ€ข Configure and maintain access control tools, assigning roles based on job functions and security policies.
โ€ข Create and manage user dashboards with relevant IAM metrics and visualizations.
โ€ข Perform technical troubleshooting and ongoing user support for access-related issues.
โ€ข Run reports and audit user access activities, ensuring traceability and compliance.
โ€ข Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement security protocols and integrate with other IT systems.
โ€ข Provide end-user training on identity and access management policies and tools.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience with IAM systems, including Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, or other IAM solutions (3+ years).
