Job Title: Identity & Access Management Engineer

Location: Juno Beach, Florida, USA

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer with over 15 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in Cloud IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access management across our cloud environments.

This role is critical in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions in cloud environments, ensuring robust security and compliance.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to protect sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders regarding IAM best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Cloud IAM and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
  • Manage user provisioning, de provisioning, and access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Participate in incident response activities related to IAM and provide root cause analysis for security incidents.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Cloud IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM).
  • Proficient in identity governance, role based access control (RBAC), and single sign on (SSO) technologies.
  • Experience with multi factor authentication (MFA) and identity federation.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on security and risk management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation of IAM processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools related to IAM.
  • Knowledge of API security and integration with IAM solutions.
  • Certifications in IAM or cloud security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with a strong focus on Cloud IAM.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing IAM solutions in large scale environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
