As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the Deloitte Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you will be responsible for...

  • Supporting the design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions in complex client environments
  • Configuring and deploying SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components, including capabilities that help clients govern AI agents and other non-human identities as identity principals
  • Applying identity and access management engineering standards and secure development practices across identity governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and application onboarding
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality
  • Supporting governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvement activities

  • 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity
  • 4+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions
  • 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or workstreams delivering identity and access management architecture, engineering, or platform implementations
  • 4+ years of experience integrating identity management, access management, or identity governance solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,800.
