Job Description Desktop Endpoint Engineer Location: Port St. Lucie, Florida area - On-site Industry: Banking / Financial Services Position Overview Seacoast Bank is seeking a hands-on Desktop Engineer to support and improve its enterprise Windows endpoint environment. This role will focus on application packaging, software deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint compliance, automation, and Tier 2 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities Package, test, and deploy applications using Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Manage Windows, Microsoft 365, third-party application, and security patch deployments. Review vulnerability findings, validate affected devices, and drive remediation through completion.

Support Windows 11 servicing, feature updates, upgrade testing, and post-deployment troubleshooting. Create and maintain Intune policies, Group Policy configurations, compliance policies, and remediation scripts. Use PowerShell to automate endpoint remediation, reporting, and support tasks.

Troubleshoot failed deployments, patching issues, configuration drift, application problems, and device compliance issues. Review endpoint logs, event logs, deployment dashboards, and compliance reports to identify root causes. Provide Tier 2 escalation support for complex endpoint and application issues.

Maintain technical documentation and follow established change management processes. Required Qualifications Enterprise desktop engineering, endpoint administration, or end-user computing experience. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

Experience with application packaging, software deployment, and patch management. Strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Group Policy experience. Experience supporting vulnerability remediation and endpoint compliance.

PowerShell scripting experience. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Experience providing Tier 2 desktop or endpoint support.
